Welcome to Blast Everything. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blast Everything application and related services (the "Service") provided by Forge Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Blast Everything is an AI-powered social media management tool that helps users create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions, optimise posting schedules, and manage your social media presence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Blast Everything, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account

4. Subscription Terms and Pricing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Blast Everything offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: $4.99 per month
• Pro Plan: $9.99 per month

4.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed as auto-renewable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions)
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

4.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service to your social media accounts, including AI-generated content. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform

6. Social Media Account Connection

The Service allows you to connect your social media accounts for content management and publishing. By connecting your accounts, you:

• Authorise us to access your social media accounts via their official APIs for the purpose of managing and publishing content on your behalf
• Acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts
• Understand that we are not liable for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts, including suspension or termination
• Can disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Service settings

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Blast Everything uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions and drafts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published to your social media accounts
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate results
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Forge Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond what we provide
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google subscription settings. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at johnhitchenswork@gmail.com.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• In no event shall Forge Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service
• Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Digital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
